If you're viewing this website for the first time, you might be wondering why all of the blog posts, tutorials, downloads, and gallery images were all added in just the past few days. No, I haven't gone on a blog posting, tutorial writing, file posting, image uploading spree, but rather have changed the CMS the website uses.
I first used WordPress as the CMS, then changed to phpBB, and now have moved to IPB. Whew! This will be the last time I change the CMS. Promise. IPB is the first software I've really been happy using for this site. It makes file management, writing tutorials and blogging pretty easy; and since IPB is forum software, opening up community forums in the future would be easy to do, if there's enough interest.
Overall, I think the change will be very positive. The new CMS will allow me to spend less struggling with website-stuff, and more time to write tutorials!
